(MORthirthree) PRR
Hulthemia (Rosa persica) hybrid. Following in the footsteps of Jack
Harkness, and after many years of research one of the first Hulthemia
Hybrids from Ralph S. Moore to be released. Abundant spring bloom,
then scattering in fall, pointed orange/ apricot buds open to showy
semi-double flowers with the red centers, which are present in Hulthemia
roses. The 2.5" flowers age to pink, with some fragrance. The
flowers are followed by bright orange hips. This shrub grows 4
5 feet, and spreads 4 feet or more with arching canes. An excellent
specimen plant for the garden.
